Many colleges and universities are attempting to build an enrollment
management culture and organization. They have a leader in place to direct the organization, but would like someone
to provide one-on-one mentoring to the enrollment management leader. With my experience as a successful enrollment management
leader and professor in the field, I can provide the guidance necessary to build the EM culture and organization. This
can range from a one time visit and training session for the EM leader or team to an on-going relationship with your college/university/school.
Consulting on site
The on site visitation is an excellent way to review the effectiveness
of your enrollment management team. It is a quick way to get some feedback on the organization, policies, procedures,
or the EM culture on your campus. I can visit as an individual or line up a team of experienced professionals to come
to your campus.
Interim oversight
Finding the enrollment management leader is a difficult task.
Oftentimes, it takes months or even a year to locate just the right person. In an interim/part time role, I can supervise
and even lead your enrollment management organization until you find the right person to fill this critical role. There may
be additional benefits to having a part time leader in place for a while:
Team building
EM training programs
Strategic planning in EM
Understanding economic theory as it relates to EM
Developing tools to build enrollment models
This
concept of interim leader is also true when hiring a college president. If you are interested in having an experienced
higher education professional fill this role until a permanent president can be hired, consider contacting me.
Teaching a class
Having helped establish the first enrollment management masters degree
program in the nation, I would be available to teach a session in your higher education program. Consider bringing me
in for a class to teach the theory behind the enrollment management. There are a variety of topics that can be incorporated.
