A groundbreaking visionary in higher education for the last 45 years,
Paul M. Orehovec has advanced the study, practice and philosophy of enrollment management and continues to help educational
institutions achieve best-practice goals. He helped introduce the concept of enrollment management at the University
of Miami in the 1980s and led creation of the nation's first graduate program in EM in UM's School of Education.
Orehovec has chaired the College Scholarship Service Council and the College Scholarship Service Assembly of The College Board,
helped direct the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators as well as regional financial aid associations,
appeared on network news programs, written columns for top media organizations, testified before U.S. congressional committees
and served as a consultant with a range of colleges and universities.
